GROUP Bookings

To assist you with selecting delegates and with managing your budgets we are offering you the opportunity to make bulk bookings and advise delegate names closer to the conference. This allows you to manage staffing issues associated with sending people to a conference.

Bulk booking discounts are as follows:

  • Book 3 -5 delegate spaces and receive 10% discount on the full conference delegate rate (ie a saving £25 per delegate)
  • Book 6-10 delegate spaces and receive 20% discount on the full conference delegate rate (ie saving £50 per delegate)

To take advantage of this offer please email chris@ashwales.co.uk and advise how many places you wish to book. We will call you to confirm all the details before processing the registrations. This offer will only be available until the end of July or whilst delegate places are available. The conference has a maximum number of delegates and once this number is obtained this offer will expire.

Registration

Payment of conference registration entitles conference participants to attend all conference sessions. Lunch and scheduled morning and afternoon tea refreshments are included in the conference registration charge. Accommodation is NOT included in the registration fee.

Cancellation policy

All payments must be made before the event. All cancellations must be made in writing or via our contact form containing full booking details including contact details. A substitute delegate is always welcome, but please notify us of the change and any special requirements. Cancellations during May, June and July 2010 will incur a 25% administration fee, Cancellations during August 2010 will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations during September 2010 will incur a 75% cancellation fee. Cancellations during the month of October will be charged the full event fee.
