Payment of conference registration entitles conference participants to attend all conference sessions. Lunch and scheduled morning and afternoon tea refreshments are included in the conference registration charge. Accommodation is NOT included in the registration fee.

Cancellation policy

All payments must be made before the event. All cancellations must be made in writing or via our contact form containing full booking details including contact details. A substitute delegate is always welcome, but please notify us of the change and any special requirements. Cancellations during May, June and July 2010 will incur a 25% administration fee, Cancellations during August 2010 will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations during September 2010 will incur a 75% cancellation fee. Cancellations during the month of October will be charged the full event fee.
