Éamonn is a career public servant who came to tobacco control from the Centre for Management Organisation and Development in the Department of Finance.
His previous experience includes marketing and cultural tourism. Éamonn has also worked as a consultant for the World Bank and the European Union in Central and Eastern Europe.
